Use Workspace settings to manage your team’s shared workspace details, plan and credits, Cloud & AI usage, external connections, and members.
Workspace settings belong to the selected workspace. If you belong to more than one workspace, confirm the workspace name before changing a setting.
Permissions. Workspace Owners can manage workspace identity, members, plans, billing, and integrations. Editors can collaborate on projects but do not have access to every administrative action.
Open Workspace settings
- Open Atoms.
- Select your avatar at the bottom of the left sidebar.
- Select Settings.
- Under Workspace, confirm the workspace name.
- Choose the workspace name and avatar, Plans and credits, Cloud & AI, Connectors, or People.
Select People under Workspace to invite or manage workspace members.
Choose the right workspace page

Edit workspace details
Select the workspace name and avatar under Workspace.
Change the workspace avatar
- Select the current workspace avatar.
- Choose a JPG, PNG, or WebP image smaller than 5 MB from your device.
- Confirm that a preview appears. If Atoms reports a file format or size error, convert the image or reduce its file size, then try once more.
- Select Update.
Change the workspace name or description
- Edit Name. A workspace name can contain up to 100 characters.
- Add or edit Description. A description can contain up to 500 characters.
- Select Update to save the changes.
Select Cancel to discard unsaved changes. Both buttons remain unavailable until a value has changed.
Only the Workspace Owner can edit the workspace name, avatar, and description.
Review plans and credits
Open Settings → Plans and credits to review:
- The workspace’s current plan
- Remaining credits and the next reset date
- Free-credit usage for the current cycle
- Monthly and annual plan options
- Features included with each available plan
- Upgrade or downgrade actions
- Billing and payment history
- Earning history, when available
Use the Plan view to compare available plans. Use the Payment view to open Manage Billing or review payment and earning history.
Prices, credit tiers, storage limits, and plan features can change. Treat the plan cards in Atoms as the current source of truth.
For step-by-step guidance, see Plans & Credits, Credits & Usage, and Payments, Invoices & Refunds.
Manage Cloud & AI balance and usage
Open Settings → Cloud & AI to manage the resources used by published applications.
The page separates:
- Cloud usage, including compute, storage, and network
- AI usage, including LLM tokens and agents
- The combined Cloud & AI wallet balance used after free quotas are exhausted
Available billing actions depend on the workspace plan. In a Free workspace, the Owner should select Upgrade and complete an eligible plan change before returning to Cloud & AI. In an eligible paid workspace, the Owner can select Top up and enable auto top-up when offered.
From this page, you can also review free balances, compare total usage, inspect usage by project, open a project, and review transactions or invoice history.
Usage reporting is updated daily at UTC 00:00. Keep enough balance available for published applications; services may be suspended when both the applicable free quota and wallet balance are exhausted.
See Cloud & AI Wallet for top-up, usage, transaction, and billing guidance.
Before a top-up or auto top-up change, confirm the workspace, amount, currency, payment method, threshold or limit, and final confirmation shown by Atoms. After submitting, review the wallet balance and transaction history before retrying. If the result or charge is unclear, stop and use Get Support.
Manage connectors
Open Settings → Connectors to connect Atoms to supported external services.
- Find the provider you want to use and open its details.
- Review the provider description, then select Connect.
- Sign in to the external service if prompted.
- Review the external authorization request and approve only the permissions needed for your task.
- Return to Atoms and confirm that the provider is active.
- Open the connected provider row to review its supported actions or manage the connection.
A connected provider opens from its provider row rather than an Open [provider name] button. Its connected details show the supported actions and available controls, such as Try it out or Disconnect.
Connector availability changes over time. The catalog in Atoms is the source of truth for the providers available to your workspace.
Connect only the intended external account and approve only the permissions needed for the task. Before disconnecting or reconnecting a provider, identify the projects or workflows that depend on it. See Connect and use integrations for connection management, external-write safety, permissions, and troubleshooting.
Invite workspace members
Open Settings → People.
- Find Invite workspace members.
- Enter up to 20 valid email addresses in Add emails. If you need to invite more than 20 people, submit separate batches.
- Review the accepted address entries, then select Invite.
Before selecting Invite, review every address and confirm the workspace. Start with only the intended recipients, especially when pasting a list. Never paste a password, verification code, customer data, or other confidential text into the email field.
After each submission, confirm that every intended recipient appears with Invite sent. The status changes to Active after the person accepts the invitation.
Invitation availability and member limits depend on the workspace plan. If Invite is unavailable in a Free workspace, open Plans and credits and select Upgrade before returning to People. In other workspaces, use Plans and credits to review the current plan member features.
Review members, roles, and credit usage
The People table shows User, Role, Status, Total Usage, and Date Joined.
All members use the shared credit pool of the workspace they are currently using. Total Usage helps the Owner understand how many credits each member has consumed.
Atoms workspaces currently use two roles:
Permission | Editor | Owner |
|---|---|---|
Send messages to Agents in Chat | Yes | Yes |
Edit code and use the Visual Editor | Yes | Yes |
Edit workspace name, avatar, and description | No | Yes |
Invite or remove members | No | Yes |
Manage plans and centralized billing | No | Yes |
Manage integrations | No | Yes |
Role names and capabilities can change. Before assigning a role or removing access, review the current description in Settings → People and use the least privilege needed. If Atoms shows different controls from this table, follow the current product and report the article mismatch.
For more information about workspace access, invitations, and roles, see Access and permissions.
Understand the two credit balances
Atoms can show two different types of balance:
Balance | Used for | Where to manage it |
|---|---|---|
Atoms credits | AI Agent work while creating and editing projects | Settings → Plans and credits |
Cloud & AI wallet and free quotas | Runtime infrastructure and AI usage in published applications | Settings → Cloud & AI |
Adding Atoms credits does not top up the Cloud & AI wallet. Review the correct page when troubleshooting a balance or service interruption.
Troubleshooting
I cannot edit workspace details or invite people
Confirm that you are in the correct workspace, your role is Owner, the workspace plan supports member invitations, and the invitation contains a valid email address.
A member is using the wrong credit pool
Ask the member to confirm the active workspace in the left sidebar. Members use credits from the workspace they are currently in, not automatically from their personal workspace.
A connected service is unavailable
Open Settings → Connectors, select the provider, and confirm that the expected account is connected. Reconnect it if authorization has expired, and verify that the connected account can access the requested external item.
A published application stopped running
Open Settings → Cloud & AI and review the free quotas and wallet balance. If both are exhausted, follow the action for your plan. In a Free workspace, select Upgrade and complete an eligible plan change, then return to Cloud & AI and confirm the available balance. In an eligible paid workspace, top up the wallet or enable auto top-up when offered. Review the updated balance and transaction history, then test the application once.
The issue continues or an administrative action had an unexpected effect
Stop repeated invitations, reconnects, top-ups, role changes, or removals. Record the workspace name, your role, action, target identifier with sensitive parts removed, exact time and time zone, expected result, actual result, and exact error text. For billing issues, include a transaction or invoice ID instead of card or bank details. Hide member emails, payment data, credentials, private content, and secrets in screenshots. Use Get Support.
