Prices and allowances shown in the Help Center must match Pricing, checkout, and Settings. Available tiers may change, so confirm the current amount before purchase.
Before you buy or change a plan, review the selected tier, billing frequency, amount due now, currency and taxes, renewal amount and date, credit release schedule, storage limit, and when the change takes effect on the final confirmation screen. Do not continue if any value differs from what you expect. After payment, keep the invoice or receipt and confirm the new plan in Settings before trying again.
Monthly and annual billing
Monthly plans
- Billing: The subscription renews and the saved payment method is charged once each month.
- Credits: The selected monthly credit allowance is added at each monthly renewal.
Annual plans
- Billing: One upfront payment covers the full 12-month term.
- Credits: Your annual allowance is released in 12 monthly installments, starting when your annual term begins. Subsequent installments follow your subscription’s start day each month, using the last day of shorter months when necessary. See Credits and usage for scheduling and rollover details.
- Discount: The entry annual credit tier costs 21% less than paying monthly for the same tier for 12 months. Other annual tiers cost 18% less than the equivalent 12 monthly payments.
Changing billing frequency
Read the effective date and payment summary before confirming. If payment is pending or the plan does not update immediately, check Payment history before submitting the change again so you do not create duplicate charges.
Change | When it takes effect | What happens |
|---|---|---|
Monthly → Annual | Immediately after successful payment | The annual term starts immediately. Credits continue to be added on the annual monthly schedule. Eligible unused credits remain subject to the rollover rules. |
Annual → Monthly | After the current annual term ends | The annual plan remains active until its end date. Monthly billing begins only after that date. |
Annual → Free | After the current annual term ends | Annual benefits and remaining credits stay available until the term ends. Credits left after that date expire. |
How credits work
Credits are units used when Atoms runs AI tasks. They may come from daily free credits, a monthly or annual plan, referrals, promotion codes, or support adjustments.
When you use Atoms, daily free credits are used first, followed by plan credits and then bonus credits.
Free-credit refresh
Free credits refresh according to the schedule and limit shown for your account in Pricing and Plans. The amount, monthly cap, and reset time can vary by account or offer. If your balance does not match the terms shown for your account, open Settings → Plans and credits and contact support.
Rollover and expiration
Monthly upgrade rollover: Eligible unused credits from a monthly upgrade can be used during the next billing month. They carry over once only and expire if they remain unused at the end of that next month. Monthly downgrade: When a monthly downgrade takes effect, unused monthly paid credits are reset and do not carry over. Bonus credits do not expire. Do not apply the monthly-upgrade rollover rule to bonus, referral, or redemption-code credits; use the grant terms shown for your account if those credits are labeled separately.
Annual-plan credits are added in 12 monthly installments. Unused credits may remain available during the same annual term, subject to the annual credit limit. If a paid subscription is canceled, check the cancellation terms shown in your account to confirm when any remaining credits expire.
Storage and Cloud & AI usage
Published-app Cloud & AI usage is separate from build credits. Before sharing an app, review the current rates and configure available alerts or spending limits in Settings → Cloud & AI. Monitor the first live transactions and pause the app if usage is unexpected.
Plan storage is separate from credits. If a plan change lowers your storage limit, Atoms will remind you to download or delete project files before the new limit takes effect.
Cloud and AI charges for published apps are separate from the credits used to build with Atoms. Open Settings → Cloud & AI to review usage, transactions, balance, alerts, and spending limits.
Where to check your plan and balance
Open Settings → Plans and credits. Select Plan to see your plan, renewal date, remaining credits, storage allowance, and available tiers. Select Payment to review invoices and payment history.
Troubleshoot a plan, credit, or billing discrepancy
- Open Settings → Plans and credits and record the displayed plan, renewal date, credit balance, and storage allowance.
- Open Payment and check the invoice or transaction status before retrying a purchase or plan change.
- Compare the transaction time with the applicable credit refresh, renewal, or plan-change timing described above.
- If the values still do not match, stop retrying and contact support.
Include the account identifier with sensitive parts removed, plan name, billing frequency, invoice or transaction ID, approximate time and time zone, expected and actual result, and a screenshot with payment details hidden. Never send a full card number, bank details, password, verification code, or secret. See Get Support.

FAQ
How do plans and credits work in Atoms?
Open Settings → Plans & Credits to see the current plan, remaining agent credits, renewal or reset date, and the terms that apply to your account. Subscriptions renew according to the selected billing period: monthly plans renew each month, and annual plans renew at the end of the 12-month term. Review the cancellation deadline shown for your plan before renewal.
- Plan credits are used for eligible agent activity and follow the current plan's usage and reset rules.
- Cloud & AI balance is a separate wallet for eligible cloud and AI services. Review it under Settings → Cloud & AI.
- Included amounts, rollover eligibility, and limits can vary by plan, promotion, and billing period. Use the values displayed in the current checkout and account settings.
Before changing plans, review the effective date, price, storage and seat limits, data impact, and renewal terms shown in checkout. If the displayed balance or plan does not match a completed purchase, do not pay again; contact Support with the Order ID.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
Use the comparison and checkout shown in Atoms to confirm whether the selected change is treated as an upgrade or downgrade.
- Upgrade: normally takes effect after successful payment while the original billing-cycle date continues. Review the prorated charge and credit treatment shown before confirming.
- Downgrade: normally takes effect after the current billing cycle. Review the effective date and any lower storage, seat, feature, or credit limits. If this is a monthly downgrade, unused monthly paid credits are reset and do not carry over when the downgrade takes effect.
Back up or reduce usage before a downgrade when the target plan's limits are lower. Prices and plan structures can change, so avoid fixed examples in this FAQ and treat the current checkout summary as the account-specific source. Verify refund and rollover wording against the approved policy before publication.
Why didn't my billing cycle reset after upgrading?
When you upgrade mid-cycle, the system immediately grants you the higher credit limits and features. However, your billing cycle date remains the same — the price difference is prorated.
To check your exact renewal date and current plan status, go to Settings > Plans & Credits.
