Data We Process and Collect

• User Identifiers: We process Discord User IDs to manage giveaway eligibility, enforce system exclusions, log voluntary feedback submissions, track opt-out preferences, and safely deliver digital rewards via Direct Messages (DMs).
• Usage Metrics: We track numerical activity data (such as message counters) to automatically calculate giveaway entries. The textual content of your regular chat messages is never logged or saved for this system.
• Support Queries: When you explicitly tag or mention the bot within designated support channels, your message text is processed to generate real-time AI customer support assistance.
• Server Metadata: We check user roles in real-time to enforce internal administrative permissions, safeguard command execution restrictions, and manage staff exclusion lists for automated systems.

How Your Data Is Used

• Onboarding & Navigation: We use server join events to automatically assist new users with navigational channel pings and welcome embeds upon entry.
• Giveaways & Digital Fulfillment: We track message milestones to compute active drawing placements, automatically filter excluded staff roles, and dispatch winning notifications directly through automated DMs.
• AI Ticket Assistance: Text queries explicitly directed at the bot within help channels are passed securely to automated AI platforms to return precise, localized responses based on our documentation.
• Product Development: Text content submitted voluntarily through the feedback command is stored safely to help developers diagnose technical bugs and improve overall bot functionality.

Data Retention and Safety

• Ephemeral Processing: Support ticket interactions are treated as temporary. Contextual conversational histories are held strictly for active ticketing lifecycles and are completely, permanently purged from our infrastructure the moment the corresponding support channel is deleted.
• Giveaway Data Lifecycle & Opt-Out Logic: If a user utilizes the opt-out command, their account is instantly blacklisted from accumulating any future entries. Recorded message milestones remain active in the current drawing pool but are completely destroyed from our database within a maximum window of 24 hours after the drawing concludes.
• Feedback Retention: Information provided via the feedback utility is held persistently on our isolated, encrypted storage environment solely for development purposes until manually wiped.
• No AI Model Training: No user data transmitted for support response generation is ever stored or utilized by us or our service providers to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models.

User Rights and Data Erasure

• Automated Opt-Out: You can execute the opt-out command at any time to block future background telemetry tracking and automatically halt giveaway entry calculations.
• Manual Erasure Requests: Voluntary data submissions (such as historic feedback entries) or active giveaway statistics can be cleared immediately prior to their automated deletion cycles by opening a manual data wipe request directly inside our official Discord community.
