Joining the community
You can join or follow Atoms community and social channels from the Atoms dashboard.
From the Atoms dashboard Home page, click Join our Community in the left sidebar. The modal shows the currently available community tasks and credit rewards.
Current community tasks may include:
Discord：
Discord is a community and support channel.Join the Atoms Discord community to talk with other users, ask questions, share ideas, report issues, and discuss Atoms in real time.
X (Twitter)：
X is a social update channel. Follow Atoms on X for product announcements, feature updates, launch news, tips, and short-form updates from the team.
LinkedIn：
LinkedIn is a social and company news channel. Follow Atoms on LinkedIn for company updates, product news, industry insights, and professional announcements.
Reddit:
Reddit is a community discussion channel. Join the Atoms Reddit community to share projects, discuss use cases, ask community questions, and exchange tips with other users.
Completing available tasks can earn up to 25 credits. The available tasks, reward amounts, and supported channels may change, so the in-product Join our Community modal is the source of truth.
Other Atoms channels may also include GitHub as a developer community channel for exploring Atoms repositories, examples, and developer-related updates. This is different from the GitHub connector in Settings > Connectors, which is used to connect GitHub to Atoms, and it does not count as a Join our Community credit task unless GitHub appears in the in-product modal.
Note: Community and social channels are different from Atoms connectors. Only services shown in Settings > Connectors can be connected as Atoms connectors.
Getting help with the Atoms AI Bot
To enhance the self-service experience, the Atoms documentation site now features an integrated AI Bot Assistant. If you experience any issues with Atoms, you can quickly search the docs, browse FAQs, or chat directly with the AI Agents for personalized support through the Help Center.
How to use it:
Click the AI Bot chat bubble at the bottom of the page to start a conversation.
Type your question in the input field.
Press Enter or click Send to submit.
The AI will respond within 1–2 seconds, sometimes with helpful documentation links.
You can keep asking follow-up questions—multi-turn conversations are supported.
