Whether unused credits expire depends on the specific scenario.
In the following cases, unused credits will automatically roll over to the next billing cycle. However, the rollover is valid for one month only and does not accumulate indefinitely:
Unused credits are generated when a monthly subscriber upgrades their plan mid-cycle.
Bonus credits granted by the system under special circumstances (excluding the daily fixed grant of 7.5 Credits).
Credits earned through inviting new users.
Credits redeemed via a Redemption Code.
Note: All the credits listed above can only be rolled over for one additional month and will not accumulate long-term.
Annual Subscription
For annual plans, credits remain available according to the plan rules throughout the subscription period.
Subscription Cancellation: If you cancel a paid subscription, all unused and rolled-over credits will expire at the end of the current billing cycle and will not carry over to the next cycle.
